Wear Red in Support for Ending Heart Disease?
I just got an email from my employer: "Wear Red in Support for Ending Heart Disease". Wearing red doesn't end heart disease. What if we stopped eating grains instead? Jerry Brunetti did a lot of research when he was diagnosed with terminal cancer over 15 years ago, and he found that the consumption of grains causes all kinds of problems in our bodies and leads to many imflammatory diseases, including heart disease, cancer, and arthritis. I stopped eating grains last November, replacing the grains with nuts and potatoes, and I found that I've lost a lot of weight, as well. I haven't measured it, but I suspect that my intake of carbs, calories, and fats has actually *increased* but I've lost 18 pounds so far.
